Eka Ejibadze has been a member of the ACT team for 14 years, accumulating extensive experience in conducting marketing research. Her career is closely tied to service quality monitoring, Customer Experience (CX), and Customer Journey research.
She has actively contributed to assessing service quality for various companies and developing strategies for its improvement. Currently, she serves as the portfolio lead for research in this field.
Eka holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
