Pilot project for AI interviews launched – “ACT Research” introduces an innovative service in Georgia
The research company ACTR is the first to introduce an AI-based voice virtual interviewer to the Georgian market, with the pilot project already launched in the format of telephone surveys.
This new, fully digital solution allows companies to conduct targeted audience research with minimal costs, in a short time, and using optimized resources. The technology has already been integrated into ACT Research’s telephone survey process and is intended for both regular and one-time surveys.
The key advantages of the AI virtual interviewer are:
Survey speed and scale – data is collected in real time from a large-scale audience;
Resource savings – the use of artificial intelligence makes it possible to optimize costs;
Process automation – the AI interviewer conducts the interview based on a pre-written script and processes responses through a technological algorithm;
Technological flexibility – the new tech product enables rapid planning, management of research, and timely access to results.
This is the first time in Georgia that an AI interviewer will be used in real telephone surveys in a voice communication format. ACT Research aims to simplify and speed up the data collection process so that companies can quickly and effectively make decisions based on consumer opinions and market trends.
ACT Research continues to introduce innovations and offer modern research products to its partners, making data-driven decisions faster, easier, and more accessible.
